Dead job, customers, management and perks but its minimum wage ay

- Senior management couldn't care less about you - You are seen as replaceable by higher up - The pay rate is atrocious - Not listened to by the company, whether it be mental or physical health, they dont care - no sick pay - you social life is now no more, they expect your life to now be CEX - None of the software used works the way it should, made by people who will never use the software

Low pay for extreme labour

- upper management is a bit of a boys club. They sometimes seem to favor personal relationships over merit based performance. Forget it if you feel you're being unfairly treated . They will look after their friends -The issue and downside of being more autonomous is that there are often too many cooks in the kitchen, and you'll get contradicting messages from multiple sources. -They dont like managing up. If you have an idea, a critique , suggestion . Because of the lack of uniformed procedure. Sometimes suggestions are dismissed of hand . I found a flaw, with a particular policy that had have been dealt with, would have been a big benefit. But was dismissed of hand when brought to attention of line manager who didn't look at it. -it can be quite a tiring job and very often. Having to stay after hours to reface stock longer than you'd like. - As the company promotes quite a relaxed atmosphere with its staff. I feel like staff can act like its more of a social gathering than work.

Angry customers were hard, basic pau

Lack of communication. High demand for low pay. High stress environment. Little job security. Poor working conditions. Poor training programs.
