The company is very great and I did have a good experience there.

Lack of engagement in regards to progressing career

Not as flexible could use better management skills not very empathetic

Pay variates drastically between employees

Too long to get changes made to make work productive. Also, for the department I worked in, too much work and not enough people, with turnover rate being extremely high.

Team work nil. Generally understaffed

Overworked and undervalued/underpaid. Constantly changing guidelines and strategies. Unattainable goals. Compensation could/should be better. The environment/culture is HEAVILY dependent on who your manager is.

Need to improve diversity talent within executive management and board
