High expectations, not for everyone

Chubb was a great place to work prior to ACE purchasing & Rebranding. Now unfortunately even after a full year, the company still lacks a consistent direction. When someone leaves they do not replace them or they are slow to fill the void. This has caused other people in their units to take on additional workloads, making them second guess their jobs and to seek work elsewhere. Thus the cycle continues.

Less growth opportunities are there

consistently understaffed 2 years since merger and stagnant middle management. 10-17 yrs no movement out of positions

The integration has been a terrible experience. Legacy Chubb and Legacy ACE had very different cultures and it's hard to tell what is or will be going on.

Open work enviroment, little movement within company
