After the merge I feel that this is completely not the case, the culture is completely different - I no longer feel of much/if any value to the company, the working atmosphere is very serious (almost robotic) and from what I have experienced so far progressing within CHUBB is not what it was, employing externally seems to be preferred!

Not a paper free environment Not a lot of room for career advancements Executive Assistants need new training and technology should be upgrades Little office space and tight quarters

Managers are of pathetic quality. Incompetent and lack leadership skills, only hired to talk a lot and say nice things about their US mgrs. They Block growth and play favourites, you will have zero opportunities to learn because your incompetent, insecure managers will not allow you to exceed their skill levels

Below industry pay for job responsibilities

Expensive health insurance, poor work-life balance, unwillingness to approve full time remote employment

None good company good training too

Communication can be poor at times

No Cons. I loved this place.
