Career development - Lack of responsibility culture- Make the Boss Happy philosophy.

For a company that says they are green and environmentally friendly , they are holding on tight to the old school mentality of working in the office . After more than a year of successful work from home they still believe people would rather commute to an office !

some lot of pressure and lot of meetings to report at different level of managers

Not flexible, especially regarding work from home arrangements. Old / outdated IT systems and infrastructure.

Technology could use some work

Large bureaucracy, significant layer of middle management. Small percentage of young talent rises through ranks. Better to get experience, leave and come back to elevate career and title.

Work life balance is challenging due to aggressive deadlines w/ key efforts.

Good ole boy network, CEO gives same song/dance each year at bonus time while taking millions with no issue.

Too much work for the money. Cat moon over

The return to office plan after being flexible for many years.
