If I had a dime for all the pros I could list I would be homeless
You would think there would be a level of professionalism coming from seasoned' industry veterans huh? You'd be sooo wrong. Anything you share or say, can and will be used against you. Even if you take a poo on company time also, it can be used as a bullet.

99% of what is taught by the main trainer for the client training program is not practiced in the company
Best thing is the team that makes everything fun in the office and in program, making you forget the long hours and making work feel like not work all.
So many red flags in the management

Time flexibility is the best benefit this company can offer. No punch in punch out but please don't abuse it. It is a great company to start your career, you will learn a lot.
Maybe add other benefits too or at least increase the program allowance.
