1. Terrible Bosses: Management by the bosses is a major issue. Employees are often forced to follow their ways and have to work overtime without any extra pay. 2. Discrimination in Management : If the boss is female, there is a lot of sarcasm and scorn during meetings, often unrelated to work, creating a toxic work environment. 3. High Employee Turnover: instability in the workforce. 4. Stress and Depression : Management by female bosses often causes severe stress, lack of sleep, and in extreme cases, miscarriages and high blood pressure due to stress. 5. Racial Discrimination : There is a tendency to favor Chinese employees over others, creating a sense of unfairness among the workforce. 6. Changing Job Scope : Sometimes the job scope exceeds what was originally expected, leading to an unreasonable workload

the management team are micromanaging and keep giving ad hoc task that is more than your usually working routine. Been asked to prioritize and learn how to manage to make sure both tasks are handled successfully. Management also asked to work extra hours and any ideas of new implementation are discarded.

Toxic people and environment, Set crazy targets that are unachievable, and will penalize the working level for it but when report to investors or shareholders, will say they have double digit growth yada yada painting rainbow pictures. Toxic management.

One of the solutions offered has very high client expectations, especially from banks, which makes integration and delivery challenging. Managing client expectations as well as internal stakeholders can be difficult. Internally, roles and responsibilities (R&R) between departments and vendors are not well aligned, leading to a hectic and stressful work environment.

As you work cross department, sometime you’ll facing difficulties in getting response, dealing with attitude etc

- The laptop provided by the company seems like it should be replaced. - Management handles things in a very childish way , often giving last-minute tasks that must be submitted by end of day. - The leaders manage the executives very poorly. - Even issues are often delayed because they go for breakfast or lunch

- Office could be better. - Could be free coffee / snacks. - Insurance is not good.

I already left at Feb 2024 before basic income increased. Previously basic income too low but last year restructured then better a lot.

Have target to chase every month

There seems to be a barrier to open communication with superiors. It can be challenging to have frank discussions and receive constructive feedback if bosses struggle to actively listen and process problems effectively.

Too much work to handle

Too many. The head department always wanted the best but not helping. Just wanted a result without knowing the pressure faced by staff. Wasting everyone’s time on so call meeting, everyday. Nonsense arrangement on segregation of duties, always disturb staff after working hours, even on weekend, PH. And last but not least only promote person that he or she likes. Toxic.

No bonus but no increment

Hard to target sales as the target clients are business owner, difficult to get contact with SME bosses as a fresh graduate
