Need to achieve target by not only servicing but selling the alongside variety service e.g: air-conditioning service, and renewable contract for the expired clients.

No work life balance for some deparments

Heavy politics and don't expect having work life balance there. No consideration. Slow promotion. Very manual way of working leads heavy work load. Lousy system. No teamwork and they don't listen to your idea or opinion even they will say if you have any please voice out. Their expectation is just do your own job don't do any new (I ask you do).

Low salary below market average

For me, it's not enough for someone who already got more and better salary, but still okay for whoever gonna start their first job. At least we didn't get any pressure or stress as in another company.

For a well-established brand, surprisingly there is no proper brand playbook or visual guideline for creatives to refer to. New creatives may struggle to align with the brand’s expectations, especially with limited guidance from the direct superior on applying the Corporate Identity (CI). This often results in multiple revisions, added workload, and delays in other projects.

Work Overloaded, no work life balance

I heard that today there are 2 senior managers leaving. 1 senior manager just left 2 weeks ago. Last year also a few senior managers left together. What is happening??? My colleagues are also starting to look for jobs and everyweek got people last day.

Higher management are bias, poor in conducting appraisal, very not professional, invloved personal matter with team to made decision.

You have to do field work like door to door visit. There’s no basic salary, OT, EPF & Socso. Only commission base on target & KPI.

The company claims to value diversity, but the actions of top management suggest underlying racist tendencies.

As someone who has worked for many years in corporate companies, I found it particularly difficult to adapt to this company’s work culture, which follows a “Chinaman style” of management. In addition, it was common for coworkers to speak in Chinese during meetings, which I consider unprofessional in a workplace setting. For fresh graduates, I would not recommend joining this company as your first career experience. The management often adopts a PUA-style approach, which creates an unhealthy environment and does not support long-term career growth.

IT team need serious on system matter

Stress when unable to hit sales target; as we don't have any basic income.

- Management shows favoritism - Politics is everywhere - Managers will reject leaves because of lack of manpower - OT pay is non-existent - Incompetent and inefficient managers at all levels
