Not much benefit and could get cancel on the bonus

Need to achieve target by not only servicing but selling the alongside variety service e.g: air-conditioning service, and renewable contract for the expired clients.

No work life balance for some deparments

Heavy politics and don't expect having work life balance there. No consideration. Slow promotion. Very manual way of working leads heavy work load. Lousy system. No teamwork and they don't listen to your idea or opinion even they will say if you have any please voice out. Their expectation is just do your own job don't do any new (I ask you do).

Low salary below market average

can get experience of bad management

For me, it's not enough for someone who already got more and better salary, but still okay for whoever gonna start their first job. At least we didn't get any pressure or stress as in another company.

Fast paced working environments and lots of work.
