Toxic environment, always OT. Work load high, when feedback to superior, they will told you was your time management problem. There are no team working occured,

sucky management / micromanaging, being dismissive of ideas and failing to communicate properly

Not a good place to work if you want to have work-life balance. Company will fully utilize you until you exhausted. Salary increment are extremely low.
