-I firmly believe that sales rep matters in most cases, but at Dell it’s blind luck on if you get a good account set or not. I’ve seen the best reps struggle to hit 50% quota and some the worst walk into 500k deals with no real value added to the conversation or sale. -base salary atrocious.
