RTO, very stingy about paying sales people with attainment based quota which doesn't reflect the complexity of larger enterprise accounts. Leadership is fully focused on stock price and overall earnings optics. More focused on reducing headcount and nickle and diming sales people than capturing market. Fighting over crumbes instead of looking at the entire pie, many top execs are dinosaurs and should have retired years ago
