Limited career growth, sometimes unclear communication, occasional overtime

Things are constantly changing ex comms plans, initiatives ect. You feel very much like just a number, layoffs are constant with new hires in the door at the same time. If you ok with just staying in your lane and doing as your told you will do well.

Some politics can exist on a few teams.

No career progress, not valuing your work or compensate properly

no growth at all, stretch culture, expect to do more than the role which you are hired, management structure changes every other year
