Starting my career at Dell has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a fresh graduate, I truly appreciate the opportunities the company provides for professional growth and development. Dell invests heavily in training programs, soft skills enhancement, and encourages us to present and share our ideas confidently. One of the standout aspects is the supportive and friendly work environment. Colleagues are always willing to help, and there's a strong sense of collaboration across teams. The flexibility in working arrangements—being able to switch between working from home and the office—makes it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance. From a financial perspective, the compensation is quite fair, especially considering we are just starting out in our careers. Dell recognizes potential and rewards it accordingly. Overall, Dell is a fantastic place to begin your professional journey. The culture, development opportunities, and people make it a truly positive and empowering workplace.
One area for improvement could be the management style in some cases. While many leaders are excellent, there are instances where Slovak managers may take their roles a bit too seriously or get involved in matters that don’t necessarily require their attention. In contrast, American managers often demonstrate a more balanced and empowering approach.

If you are lucky enough to get a good account set, you will make money.
If you are not the lucky ones, You will end up with just your base. And base in entry level roles are basically minimum wage
