Within your team and your manager communication flows freely
Outside of the team, upper management does not communicate anything of value. Everything happening is kept secret. Lack of trust.
Anonymous employee
Great team synergy, very helpful mid management, stress is distributed among everyone managers included, nothing is thrown full on the "lower echelons" as far as our team leaders or direct managers go.
Massive lay-offs, unstable currently as an employer, lots of buzz words, little outcome, top management feels completely disconnected from employees, inadequate compensation.
