Pay is not on track with the role. Company randomly decides when to move the goal post for promotions and Goals. Good luck.

Overall company strategy is unclear, too many rounds of layoffs and restructuring, span of control changes are adding more instability

Huge presure to achive targets, with new systems the targets are very high
