Your experience will be different depending on your department and manager. There is a ton of organizational change constantly, but you will learn great skills in corporate communication, building powerpoint decks and speaking that are great transitional skills.

Sometimes the pressure for quota is very high. Conversation dry up with team members because of sales numbers. Price undercutting from external vendors is another headache.
