Technical program manager
Big company with a strong reputation. Lots of resources if you navigate.
Tough market expectation for short-term results. Exposed to too many changing factors for even middle term job security.
Account executive
I think the people and culture, aside from Michael dell himself, are great. Dell has always had great people. BUT it does sometimes depend on who your boss is
Lord where do I begin. The return to office thing is just wow. People are commuting between 2 and 3 hours to get to work every day with how bad the traffic is in the central Texas region with all the construction. Definitely a culture of fear. Massive teams and one manager. Coaches sometimes have two or more teams(up to 40 to 50 people for mine) people are really starting to get grumpy. Yes there is a huge initiative to shrink headcount and they are not going to stop until the squeeze like your sucking your stomach in.
