Nothing bad to say. No cons.

Music often being played loudly on the sales floor. Customers complain they can hear background music when you're on the phone. Leads are often switchboards where gatekeepers don't let you speak to the right person. Not a focused environment and 5 day onsite are enforced.

Not great benefits 5 days WFO

Tough ramp up period. But got better through time.
