Coffee could be better, if I'm being honest.

Need to change the way how the subordinates need to be treated.

Too much change, but I was with the company that went one acquisition before Dell, hopefully it has settled.

Team dynamics change frequently. Frequent layoffs in the management layer cause work pressure in some teams

job security, lots of redundancies no structure from the company

Everything from job role, responsibility, pay, flexibility, no leadership.

You will be chewed up and spit out without regard to contribution

Low pay and benefits, return-to-office mandate, mediocrity thrives whilst high performers are not rewarded, very difficult to be promoted due to “budget constraints”

No cons as such its a good place to work
