Product marketing analyst
The company offers great benefits and has a positive culture. Most people are really nice, and it’s a place where you can learn a lot, even in areas beyond your role. On top of that, the company values and encourages feedback and recognition.
Often, employees who perform well end up taking on even more work, while others contribute very little. In many cases, recognition does not translate into promotions or salary increases. Moreover, some people advance more by flattering the right people than by delivering real results.
