They often change the pay structure. They don't know what direction they want to go into with the sales organization. They don't value time in role. Not measured or praised by your skill. They took away hybrid/wfh in september 2024 with no plan to bring back wfh.

A bit chaotic team and lots of structural change
Inclusive Culture: Dell fosters a very inclusive and collaborative environment with strong focus on diversity and employee engagement. Learning & Growth: Plenty of opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies, leadership programs, and internal mobility across teams and geographies. Work-Life Balance: Flexible work policies, including remote and hybrid work options, help maintain a healthy work-life balance. Strong Leadership Vision: The leadership team has a clear strategy, especially around digital transformation and cloud adoption, and communicates it well to employees. Employee Programs: Excellent support for career development through mentoring, training, and skill-building initiatives.
Decision-making can sometimes be slow due to the large organization structure.

Not a good place to work. Discrimination and bias is a daily practice. Very toxic working environment
Pride of working in a good company A great working culture, where everyone are open and accepting, very respectful and super helpful A flat system where the management are also with you helping you
