Financial analyst
Working as a Financial Analyst at Dell gives you exposure to global teams, access to advanced tools like SAP and Power BI, and opportunities for career growth through internal mobility and training. The role offers strategic impact, good work-life balance through flexible arrangements, and stability from working at a well-established tech company.
The role can be stressful during month-end and quarter-end cycles, with tight deadlines and high pressure for accuracy. It also involves repetitive tasks, limited creativity, and navigating a complex corporate structure that can slow down decision-making and change implementation.
Specialist 3, inside product
Good work life balance Easy work, lots of leisure time Access to training resources, industry certification reimbursement
Very easy to let loose and sink years into the job Management is strategic but not efficient in executing vision Lack of awareness into details and plans
Program development manager
Overall is good and positive environment
Hard to push improvement within this environment

Systems engineer
Good working environment and good benefits
Salary is below the average market
Vendor relationship manager
Great team work, valued for contributions
Always seems to be a time of workforce reduction so never sure if you'll have a job next month.
Senior product manager
Mature, profitable company. Well-positioned for the AI era. Good bonuses. Good benefits. Never a dull moment.
Large enough that silo effects are common across different business units and regions. In my opinion, Dell does not invest enough in developing existing employees to take new roles and learn new domains, instead it seems to more often hire external candidates.
