V good opportunity for people
The work is slow projects not distributed properly

It pays well and you get exposure to interesting work.
We’re constantly pressed to deliver complex work on understaffed teams and are also expected to lean in and be present with those teams and clients but eat our hours because we are expensive and ruin the financials if we bill our actual time.

The team is great and is willing to support and teach/train you. Most of them are great, there are some who are difficult to work with. Heavily training their employees and granting bonus for certifications.
The management can be better, the pay can be better as it is not satisfactory to the work that is done.
