Compensation is good, including time off. Work-life balance depends on project. Sometimes it is really good, other times really bad. Being a big consultancy firm you can always switch projects if you feel one is not a good fit, as long as you are not trying to move around constantly. Overall I find the balance of the good and the bad to be worth it.
Some projects can be really hectic. Deloitte can have a lot of internal headaches to deal with as well. They could add bureaucracy and red tape to a child's birthday party.

To higher only one analyst from dih for 2 or 3 months as a support engineer to make donkey work Or to higher lead or manager to work under one of Europe med level or analysts !! Lame projects, the Managing partner deal with people in challenging way and take it personally which is very weird!
