Lots of traveling, barely work life balance

I have 4+ full time experience before joining Deloitte, but since the role was not in a consulting firm, I was only hired as a Consultant level with fairly low pay.

Salary is less for campus hire

Hard to get on projects. Don’t like remote work

Dry work in general and not meaningul

Health insurance options don’t appear competitive

Bad projects- they dont have quality projdcts

- Work past 45 hours a week on average per year - Multiple rounds of layoffs per year - Leadership is murky on direction and reasons for headcount reduction

Haven’t found any flaws as such

No WLB particularly in audit department.
