When I was hired a couple years ago, they gave a couple allowances like a $1k well being allowance and a $500 hybrid workspace allowance to set up your remote workspace. The office is nice, and they did a couple of nice events to watch baseball games in a suite.
They took away the allowanced after 1-2 years, they spent less in corporate events, and they micromanage way too much.

You meet some smart and wonderful people at Deloitte. It is a great place and one of the worst places to work all at once. It offers nice benefits, but nothing outstanding compared to peer companies.
There are way too many compliance hoops to jump through and a cut throat culture. Partners/PPMD's treat SC's and below as disposable; missing your scheduled meetings twice in a row is a common practice.
