Low pay for cleared federal work, strict promotion schedule is completely inflexible and de-incentives on non-promo years. Very difficult to get the company to consider past experience when applying at early levels.

It used to be a great place to work in until change in leadership couple of years back. Very slow career progress, expectation is always to operate on next level but salary is below market standards. Recently, there has been rising cases of micro management.

Large firm, sometimes difficult to navigate

not so office enivironment for working

the people, the salary, worklife balance.. everything else

switching teams is quite difficult

pay is less than industry average
