Need to put in additional hours as part of Firm Initiatives for promotions. Too rigid in Return to office policy

Very low salary, not recommended

Horrible work life balance there

The pay is lower than other big four and there is no salary transparency like negotiation or motivation. They act like there is work life balance but there is not really, and how the flex policy is written it ultimately results in no flex time. It is fully up to you to manage your workload, no one will do that for you and the sooner you learn that the better you will do. It is less international than expected.

if you work hard, no additional perks - more corporate culture of sucking up to your seniors

It’s a very large company and you can feel like one fish in a large pod.

Some leadership had a tendency to micromanage.
