Great work-life balance, a very professional setup.
1. Salary, they are paying peanuts 2. If you are campus recruit, you dont know in which domain they will put you, you may end up doing data entry 3. Very very difficult to switch tech stack internally 4. Work life balance is good, but have to be available during work hours. Its not like that if your work is done you can be away 5. Work timing due to US clients, usually 12-9pm or even may be 2pm to 11pm
