Good PTO/benefits/decent pay. People care about each other.

Nice London office/facilities. If you're lucky there are some wonderful and brilliant people that you get to work with locally and virtually with network firms abroad. Pay is competitive - whilst not the top, the Deloitte brand stands out on your CV. Get to work with giant MNCs and clients which takes your working knowledge to another level
Joined at the middle management level and realised there was quiet (but toxic) politicking in my department. There's an inner circle where the best crop of work gets passed about - quiet way of helping out a minority achieve milestones and secure that promotion. Those who don't manage to make in to that circle are essentially 'sidelined' and end up taking work which nobody else in the team wants to do. Too many laborious take-on procedures and red tape which takes up time which is better spent focusing on the real job at hand.

- quiet spacious working space with an abundant variety of free amenities - salary is quite generous
