Great personnel development opportunities, Brand Recognition
The ability to move up is based on your ability to network internally. This was not an ideal project for that.
Good colleagues, good location, environment, career opportunities, inclusion.
After getting a seniority level, if one learns faster or puts more effort, does not really make the difference, one is just part of an huge pipeline that just promotes based on service line needs and company plans. It creates the perfect environment for slackers and too relaxed career long within the company. It eventually pushes away the best talent.
