Extended working hours, unrealistic expectations, Senior managers from on site will over sell and over commit on thing which is not possible, always team will be short of resources.

If you are lucky with the projects and teams, it can be an amazing experience and you can grow in knowledge very quickly.
Hours are bad, and extra-hours are not paid (even if illegal). Overall stressful, and can even be toxic if unlucky with the team. Be loud, make your demands clear and you will most likely be OK.
