Anonymous employee
Great place to work supporting staff
Nothing at this moment I can think of.
Good structure as a grad
Everyone is fake, they don't really care about you when you're at the bottom of the food chain. Would work till 2-3am on certain projects, with no time in lieu/compensation. For their graduate pay and hours I worked, it was effectively less than minimum wage in my country.
Good employee benefit, multiple opportunities for upskilling
No cons as such there in the org
Manager
Great co-workers. Opportunities to grow.
Long hours. Little control over projects.
Auditor
Salary is good and decent
Work pressure is too much
Assistant manager
- Flexible working hours - No minimum days in office - Steady promotion
- Pay is lower than the industry - Busy season hours
Senior consultant
1. Steep learning curve 2. Good compensation 3. Exposure to client facing roles and scope of widening into SME positions
1. Zero work life balance although it highly depends on the project leadership 2. If you are USI based, sometimes you have to dance at the whims of US leadership- that is just insane and again varies from project to project. 3. Poor work culture where burn out is glorified
Space to grow everyday and good for new grad
Stressing work because you have to deal with new things and client
Analyst
I learned so much during my time at Deloitte
Sometimes, you need luck to get a project when the time comes
Wellbeing allowance and pay. Leave benefits
Work life balance, politics, pressure
