Lots of opportunity for those who are good a being proactive. Great training and opportunities for professional development. Flexible work arrangement possible. Large array of firm initiatives allow you to get involved in things you are truly passionate about.
Experience highly dependent on relationships. Extroverts good at networking tend to do better in finding their "people." Firm initiatives, necessary for advancement, are openly referred to as "night and weekend work." Often difficult to find balance.

Do they have any? I wish I had nice things to say
So much to say lol, I joined this organization extremely excited and motivated, but my experience especially with the recruitment team in Mumbai (finance hiring) was deeply disappointing. Freshers are routinely manipulated during the compensation discussion and pushed to settle for very low and unfair pay in the name of “exposure” and “brand value.” There is little transparency, and once you join, you realize how poorly candidates are treated. There is no respect for personal well-being holidays are discouraged, pressure is constant, and emotional distress is taken lightly. I personally experienced situations where I was made to cry and then mocked for it, which was shocking and humiliating. The big name hides a very unhealthy culture at the ground level. I would strongly advise freshers and interns to think carefully before joining and not believe everything that is portrayed online. I wanna name so many people but nvm
