Great colleagues depending on which department. Great place for learning (within 1-2 years)
Bureaucracy is real! Much worst than Malaysia! High work load with low salary. Average salary median outside is higher than given inside due to low increment per year which 5-7% only.
Production planner
Competitive salary, need to know how to negotiate. Have many friends. Can gain experience. They always celebrate festivities so can eat as many as you can
