Long time hour. Need a lot of energy. Bad management and will need to relocate.

Information technology

Lack of staff benefit compare to other's company
Assistant manager
fairly compensated, work life balance
office too far from city area
Anonymous employee
The place is separated from others
1. Toxic and abusive management culture: Many managers lack basic leadership skills and expect staff to do their thinking for them. If you can't “help them think,” you’ll be blamed, scolded, or threatened. 2.Psychological manipulation (PUA); Some leaders use fear, guilt, and pressure to control staff, instead of offering support or guidance. 3. Managers don’t know their own job: Often unclear about their own responsibilities, they shift their workload onto junior staff without proper direction. No appreciation or recognition: Hard work goes unnoticed. Instead, personal attacks and unprofessional comments about staff’s education, personality, or working style are common. 4. Toxic work environment: Morale is very low due to blame culture, gossip, and poor treatment from upper management. 5. Unstable teams & high turnover: Constant resignations because people feel unsupported and overwhelmed. Most departments are always short-staffed. 6. HQ is especially problematic: Headquarters environment is more political and stressful than other offices. Avoid if possible. 7. Limited benefits for general staff: For example, dental and optical coverage is only available for management level, not for regular employees.
Sales assistant
Got paid on time frequently
Too much work and less suitable equipment
Finance supervisor
Yearly bonus. Average salary for living small town. Some of the staff are nice and friendly.
Yearly bonus is good in previous years but ever since new management came in and implemented the Bell Curve, it was not fair to the some of the staff. Bell Curve is more suited in evaluating sales and marketing roles, but for administrative roles, it is unfair and biased. Work life balance is also out. No compensation for working overtime. Kept changing SOPs until all staff got confused what is the right way to do things.
you just do normal sales associate tasks, environment okay
so tired and need to stand all day long
Store assistant
Honestly, not enjoy the experience but the pros is I like execution of the job
Supervisor not treating all the co-workers the same. They always give wrong information and being not fair in decision making. They also like to do acts that can be counted as blackmail to intimidate other workers. Workload that is also too much and salary that does not coincide is also one of the problems for employees.
