Able to negotiate salary
This is the worst company in Memphis. The management team does not have a clue about running a business. The company is so dysfunctional that you can't single out one area as being functional they are all the same. I wouldn't recommend this company to any one. This comment isn't from a disgruntle employee - this is an employee with many years in the workforce stating true opinions about just how bad this place is If you are looking for a job - continue to look

Great union benefits, dedicated workforce who cared about the product and each other.
HOT HOT HOT! Didn't care about workers as we were eliminated for shareholder happiness over long term company success.
Project manager
Global exposition and learning opportunities. Cross functional teams and easy access to C-Level learders
Salary about average. Feel grow opportunities. The company prefers to hire someone from outside despite promote internally.
Customer service advisor
Good benefits, good amount of holiday.
Terrible pay. Do not focus enough on their colleagues.
It engineer
Trust, Learn, Responsibility, Add-in Value, care of human resources.
Work loads, fast changing environment, urgent business judgement.

Good products, people, training, career
culture & politics, people, management, HR
Business operations analyst
Great environment, great team and great management
need better support at new systems implementation
Senior engineer
Best boss I ever had!
Lots of bureaucracy and confusing organizational structure
If you work in the office, you might be allowed to participate in the reduced working schedule, and work from home. For rural areas, cafeteria on site.
No career progression. Back stabbing. Encourage you to come up with employee engagement activities, only to be told that is will not happen per the plant director. Plant director does not give eye contact with hourly employees. Examples are not great from the Leadership team. Very deceptive in approach to layoffs.
Smart and kind people. International teams. Work-life balance is very much appreciated and stimulated. They want you to grow inside the company and stay there for the long run.
Essentially based on waterfall process with long projects. Normal issues international teams face on communication.
