No bonus incentive program, so very hard to stay motivated regarding KPI's

Not strong processes and systems in place, hence people-led ways of working so hiring tends to be comprehensive and even quite tough

Not very structured on reporting, not globalized company

the point system. They dont care about the temps. You can work just as hard as the regular workers and get treated like crap. most jobs roll over after 90 days. They try to make you wait over 6 months and if you have over 2 points, you can kiss being full time goodbye! Also, The management doesnt care about the workers. Ive seen people who worked there for years get fired because of that point system. You can be in a life and death situation they will still tell you they dont care and you get a point!

Hungarian leadership in Nyiregyhaza site is a typical post-communist uprepared management. Lack of intelligence, lack of humanity.

Very lean people structure, non solid process, high workload.

Unless you are salaried, you are inferior in mind, experience, abilities, and education. Yet, some old school entry level management are functionally illiterate. PTO SYSTEM SUCKS AS DOES SOME BENEFITS. Many of their managers are either young and/or have never worked in a manufacturing facility.
