-> I was lucky enough to have a really good manager, but the quality of the leadership is inconsistent, so you never know what type of manager your going to get. -> Electrolux has a really strong focus on the quality of the products they make - they really strive to be best in class when it comes to consumer experience
-> Very slow to launch new innovations, always behind competitors -> Ridiculous cost saving targets considering that many parts in use are between 5-10 years old -> Purchasing higher leadership (VP and up) are mostly people who have been with Electrolux for most, if not all of their careers, so they don't realize how outdated and narrow minded some of their "strategies" are -> Most EU factories and offices (except HQ) are in small town in the middle of nowhere
