- environment is not ideal for family and private life. - compensation package depends in 120% of corporate and own needs. Means, if you are very required can gain extra more. But if you need the job, benefit is highly under the exp. avrg. - local Sr management - not a human-in-the-focus company. Employers are tools on progress and to achieve goals. - no focus on coworkers professional development.

too many like no 13th salary fixed 2 weeks vacation by corporate

Not always willing to teach or delegate.

1. The management is stubborn , even if you come up with good ideas which needs slight change in current process they will reject it. Instead they will try to prove you wrong on top of that they will make you feel how useless your idea is. 2. No Process 3. You end up working on older technologies and messy code no advantage for experienced one 4. You will get feel of manufacturing industry culture. 5. No flexible timings 6. Dictator like leadership, with harsh behavior 7. Some people always dominate the peers , still they get promoted and appreciated. 9. No proper process of software development. Shifting the focus on requirements causes distraction in development process 10. No work life balance 11. They will give you joining bonus which you need to return back if you are leaving within 2 years
