Even still today flex has 10+ years old employees work with the grace of indian functional management with very minimal work. Multi-skilled employees are under rated and are not assigned with new projects. Hiring for one job and putting that employee in an another job which degrades the quality the work. No quality measurement of work Fake numbers on Dashboard and the same is propagated as right. Managers dont share all good about all employees to the top functional management. lots of personal work, gifts and exchanged at work place. Functional Managers in volved and encourage the same in the floor.

Work life balance needs work

Senior Management does not take the time to share data and get to know the team members downstream. Not alot of career opportunities for very qualified professionals like myself. they like to keep you in the job that you do well and not allow you to grow upwards when its been asked for for 3 years! Very disappointing! Mike M needs to hear this and fix!

Irregular shift timings seem to be the only problem
