no job security, they (flex) are willing to hire less qualified people and pay them less, than to keep seasoned professionals that have earned their pay.

Even still today flex has 10+ years old employees work with the grace of indian functional management with very minimal work. Multi-skilled employees are under rated and are not assigned with new projects. Hiring for one job and putting that employee in an another job which degrades the quality the work. No quality measurement of work Fake numbers on Dashboard and the same is propagated as right. Managers dont share all good about all employees to the top functional management. lots of personal work, gifts and exchanged at work place. Functional Managers in volved and encourage the same in the floor.

Work life balance needs work

There is no cons in flex.

hard to advance once you get to a certain spot

Senior Management does not take the time to share data and get to know the team members downstream. Not alot of career opportunities for very qualified professionals like myself. they like to keep you in the job that you do well and not allow you to grow upwards when its been asked for for 3 years! Very disappointing! Mike M needs to hear this and fix!

Irregular shift timings seem to be the only problem

The size of the organization makes it difficult to leverage consistent practices. There are challenges in working through the various areas of the business to get things done quickly.

As you get experienced, you will be in the same role. Technical growth will be limited after 4-5 years

-Unnecessary Micromanagement -The Field Team Supervisor (your manager) is just there to babysit and make the schedule. He has no real power to do anything.

Didn't help with accommodating schedule, no set days or hours could be requested.

Internship is a 3 month program (Positive note - I was converted to a full-time employee)

Low pay, work load is more,not a good company to start for freshers ,will not learn anything except Ms excel and outlook

No pay raise or opportunity to advance over the 2 years I worked there. The only way to make more was overtime at other locations.

Very few promotion chances to advance

You'll be told 3 times in a year that your position is being eliminated but then they'll postpone or reverse the decision, even after giving official written notice.

Nothing na na na na

Poor Management, lots of lay-offs, No Team work, contracts don't receive any type of credit of hard work.

Bad management communication is bad

Pay could be a lot better.

Management and policies kept changing. Layoffs happened.
