(from few weeks up to few months) Whether you are a hard worker or not, they don't care. You're just a number to them. Family business, so you have to work with a lot of lazy people with permanent contracts who do not know anything.

Benefits are not much except bonus

pressure and OT work sometimes.

Very tight margins mean that pay may not be at top of scale.
