easy job (for people with brain)
Work by agency, low pay, low standard for work, poor management and planning. You never know when you will get temporarily laid off. (from few weeks up to few months) Whether you are a hard worker or not, they don't care. You're just a number to them. Family business, so you have to work with a lot of lazy people with permanent contracts who do not know anything.
