Low work life balance and very stressful
Anonymous employee
Big IT infra and Apps, large scale IT deployment
IT org is confusing and duplicating. the only message this sends out is that all IT functions will eventually move to Mexico and India where most IT staff is and all functions of IT duplicated. hard to be dedicated if you know your exit plan is already in place.
There is some room for growth, there is limited supervision. Its a pretty good fit for a very young professional looking to get there foot in the door.
There is a lack of vison, goals change very quickly, there is little support. Poor upper management. Salaries are stagnate with little to no raises. There is a bonus structure but its hard to attain.
Great people and a constant challenge
Constant challenges lead to long hours
Director of operations
Good leadership and good Vision
Work life balance can be tough
Engineering technician iii
- Work with enterprise level new technology.
- Not known for high compensation.
Quality engineer
Has a lot of projects in manufacturing products from scratch to finish.
People are nice, but scared to give info about job while learning from fear of losing their own job. Constantly hiring and letting go, goes with the character of the company (Project contractors).
Regional manager
High pay in RTS for new hires. Usually $12- $13 per hour. Advancement opportunities are available, especially if you are willing to relocate. Excellent benefits.
Verizon Wireless is the largest customer for RTS. There is too much reliance on them. Accounts with other companies need to be expanded. (AT&T, Wal-Mart, Microsoft.) Limited advancement beyond Regional Manager level.
Ground for gain hands on experience
Cost is always the concern
