Automation technician
The job is easy. The complicated tasks are usually assigned to the Enphase guys from China. They know the machines better than anyone. Pay is good for Techs.
There are no schematics, and Americans are not allowed access to certain features. If you're an advanced Technician and know your job, you'll get bored and quit. The different movements, different supervisors, and unorganized nature of the work are ridiculous. The younger crowd works here, but they mostly keep up the drama on the second shift. There are too many chiefs and no Indians. Some Supervisors need to learn their job.

Great benefits overall- I had a great manager, Paid vacation was great and helped a lot for seeing family. I have been very happy with the training also.
My great manager got let go. A lot of pressure to be sales instead of tech. Goals need to be curved.
