Anonymous employee
fast paced, overall great people
Start and stop projects. over hire, then lay off. HR leadership is disjointed and going backwards from where it once was great.
Staff engineer
A lot of different project, good to learn new things
Always have very tight schedule,
big international company, good place to gain practical experience if you are interested in electronics manufacturing
At the bottom of food chain, low profit margin so less pay compared to other industry. It suffers first and most once economy downturn comes and recovery lags once economy improves. Poor working environment since major facilities are for manufacturing. Unstable employment. Restructuring occurs often.
Territory manager
Constant Training, ever changing environment. Travel opportunities.
Contracts that don't last causing downsizing!
Business and career growth, many interesting projects to get involved in, outstanding global resources
Rigid framework of large multinational contract manufacturer
Good place to work, Good management
Nothing to say, all good
Project manager
"A career boot-camp", Learning a lot about the industry, with plenty of different responsibilities, great job to start with as it relates to many other roles. You usually won't get board easily in it, due to it's diversity and different aspects of it.
Stress, the starting salary is not great, no work-life balance, you're basically responsible for everything that goes wrong. Many other departments are trying to toss their responsibilities on you..
Great Company to work for
None known work force is friendly and highly trained
Senior mechanical engineer
Flexible time and a good environment
Not clear road map internaly
Repair technician
The pay relative to other repair tech jobs, repairing Apple laptops, got off work early most days except during peak periods
The people, unrealistic expectations, poor training, too many silly changes (including your job duties)
