Flex

HR is not that flexible and have to check in check out even in Management positions, a lot of Micromanagemet. Some times overtime is not valued as something extra, more of a must do.

Lower salary than market "old boys's group" syndrome - relatively young workforce, but some who have been here stay, because they're buds with one of the executives Hesitant to spend money that needs to be spent. Diversity is great, but sometimes your teammates are in exotic places that sometimes require conference calls at exotic hours. No recognition - my coworker's ten year anniversary went unnoticed.

No much space inside the campus to refresh.

Bad management of work tracking of employee.

Would be nice to have better overseas opportunities (movility)

Little or no work life balance. They work for the customer, so their demands are Flex's demands.

no cons at all for company

Not really and everyone treated well

I really cannot think of any cons. The only thing that can come to mind is the company is so big it's hard to communicate with a higher up.
