Actions do not align with their corporate initiatives, not a good place for LGBTQIA+ people to work, employees there for 20+ years are there for a reason, top talent leaves due to lack of career advancement and no pay increases (did not receive any pay adjustment during my 3 years there), penny-pinching mindset over everything else, very poor internal software tools.

Financially not stable company. They will let you go if there is a bad director & will struggle financially.

Some time you have to work after shift time.

Low compensation. Work life balance could be better.

Not a suitable long term career
