Warehouse assistant
- Birthday leave - Strategic location, the opening of LRT 3 would have make the commute much better had I not been made redundant. - Depending on the situation at the warehouse, working days are usually 5 days a week. - Friendly and tolerant warehouse crew. The warehouse crew would often look out for each other. - Overtime pay.
- The stock take is the worst. HR will not tolerate any losses over RM500. The finance team will not believe you, even if you have provided them necessary evidence. - Applying for leave on a Friday is nearly to completely impossible. - HR seems to hold some grudge against the warehouse crew for unknown reason. - Terrible management. A lot of favouritism going around the office. - Unnecessary penalties that are borderline torturous and painful. - Not recommended for people who have high-stress levels. - Sometimes, the higher ups like to point fingers.

Friendly colleagues, fun environment depending on outlet manager
Salary OFTEN delay, LOW pay for salary, commission scheme will ALWAYS CHANGE and REDUCE instead of increasing, upper management is NOT GOOD at managing, superiors have its FAVOURTISM, HR sides with management and will DISMISS staffs regardless, outlets keeps on CLOSING DOWN one by one, they keep on hiring but will NOT guarantee

Ok and good for growth
Ok and good for mind
Supportive SAs, staff price, reward for attendance. There's commission for sales and warranty.
Awful commission scheme. Management changes their commission VERY often, and every change would mean a decrease on pay, but more upselling. Persistent complaints due to sales, but they don't bring in the stocks customers look for. Commission is very low, you can ensure a good pay if there's multiple public holidays. If not, good luck with your basic.
