1. every company is the same, there will be some ppls like to complain everyday like the company own them from past life. jus ignore and focus on work will do 2. coffee capsule runs out some time.

After reading all the reviews, honestly they’re all true. All the 5 stars are just from management that’s tryna balance out the ratings. - been an employee for a year plus but never give me an increment (ridiculous) they said we will get it through “good performance” but when I went thru 2 appraisals with 2 different managers n my performance was already good but apparently it wasn’t enough for the management “need to prove more” at that point I’m proving myself for nothing. - the boss snatched away one of our ex colleagues basket when she was about to pay during Absolute Bazaar (she didn’t allow her to purchase it n showed face) - When I do my work, I finish it within a day but apparently I was “too fast”. - the boss acts like a child and very petty. - when I did my handover, apparently there was an issue about “Gen G”. The boss claimed it was GLAMPICK’s branding but honestly, I’ve asked around and even some managers didn’t even know it existed in the first place. - ask all of the colleagues to give a 5 star on google review (you can see literally in that 1 whole week, it’s all 5 stars) - emotional over leadership (if the boss don’t like you, she’ll avoid you and talk nonsense about you) - if you’re type M or I, trust me…this place is not for you; “they smelly” “work like cows” - if they don’t like you, they won’t give you work and they’ll start to give you warning letter stating about us not doing our work. Honestly i have too many things to say about my experience here but all the reviews besides the 5 stars, are all true :*
