Software engineer
Supportive colleagues and a healthy work culture. HR is approachable, funny, and sporting. Team leads are open-minded and encouraging.
No EPF contribution provided, which is a concern for long-term financial security.
Anyonymous employee
1. Friendly & supportive colleagues. 2. No office politics.
1. Statuary Payment for 2 years including epf, SOCSO & PCB. 2. Couldn't see any company direction. Management like to talk without action.
- Open space style office for easier collaboration - Nice environment - Friendly and helpful co-workers
- Late salary - Delayed EPF and SOCSO contribution, Worst-case scenario, they might not even be paid, despite being deducted from salary. A lot of workers' contribution have still been processed since 2022. - No WFH days provided
Software test engineer
- Good environment with good colleague - Staff there very helpful - Easy to communicate and works with leader - In some occasion, boss treat all the staff meals and dinner - Have medical benefits
- Salary just so so - Not bad but not good management - No bonus - Just typical office drama
Founder & ceo
I recently read some feedback from our former team members on this very platform. And I want to begin by saying this: thank you. As a founder and CEO, I don’t hide behind titles. I read every word with humility. And the truth is—much of it is valid. In fact, I deeply appreciate how balanced the review was: the pros were real, and so were the cons.
Let me address the Cons transparently. 1. On statutory payments This has been one of our toughest seasons. We were navigating a financial crunch and, while this is no excuse, some statutory contributions were delayed—not hidden, not stolen, not ignored, but delayed. Every cent deducted from staff is accounted for and will be made right. I take full responsibility. This is being rectified now, and we’re putting stricter governance in place to ensure this never repeats. 2. On management and communication gaps It’s true that we’ve made promises at times with good intention but lacked the operational rhythm to follow through. As a growing startup, we sometimes ran before we walked. But I’m not here to justify. I’m here to own. We’ve since matured—investing in better planning, clearer internal communication, and more honest decision-making. 3. On product knowledge and overpromising In our early years, we sometimes committed faster than our build cycles could support. That’s on me. We’ve now introduced stronger product governance, and I’ve personally pulled back from “selling ahead” of what the product can do. Our clients deserve better. So do our engineers. 4. On career development and workload We are a high growth startup—and a demanding one. We move fast, we build fast, and we sometimes fall short in giving people the long-term clarity or structure they deserve. We’re changing this. We’ve begun implementing growth paths, clearer scopes, and a performance culture that isn’t just output-driven—but human.

A decent place to start your career and explore potential career paths.
1. No contributions to EPF or SOCSO. 2. Unprofessional top management, often handling matters based on personal feelings. 3. HR tends to show favoritism, supporting those she likes while mistreating others. 4. Lost a major clients in mid 2024
Great culture and people, decent workplace
Management can be slow at times
- great and caring workmates - office environment is okay - decent salary in the market
- management a little bit chaotic - no remote work option - tools used not open source
1. A decent place to start your career and gain initial working experience.
1. No EPF and SOCSO contribution for 2 years while working here. 2. More interns than full-timers, and turnover rate is very high (many leave within 3 months). 3. Unable to claim out-of-pocket expenses for business purposes (e.g., travel, related costs). 4. Lack of career development opportunities or proper employee support.
